Firey Red - just missed with late kick last time out going this distance & level over the course as the lukewarm favorite, one more chance today.

Paracaidas - lightly raced five year old mare hasn't been seen since last Fall at Aqueduct, steady works at Delaware Park for this.

Status Pending - a IEAH / Dutrow first time starter in for a tag, watch the board on this one.

Tea Party Gal - debuts for Kiaran McLaughlin, wide opwn event.

Race #3

Kantharos - has won first two starts (including a stake) by over 20 lengths, the leading male juvenile at present time.

Bail Out the Cat (entry) - had an excuse in the Sanford Stakes losing all chance at start, stablemate Sovereign Default was a sharp maiden winner downstate in debut, runner behind him won here on Saturday (Stay Thirsty)

Stylish Fella - weakened late for 3rd versus cheap statebred maidens in last start here, going with the "connections" here.

D' argento - another NY bred that tries open company today, not much to go by in this event.

Gitchee Goomie - two sharp tries turf sprinting downstate, stretches out to the distance she broke in her maiden here last summer.

Grace and Courage - nearly stole the race at 50-1 last time out, showed new found speed in that effort.

Thunder Way - Kentucky shipper drops into this optional N2L claimer in third career start, trainer scored at a monster price in Thursday's 2nd race.

Lemon Tiger - sharp maiden victory in statebred competition, tries open company winners today.

Race #7

Papa Frita - in about the same level at Gulfstream last time out in March for 2nd, goes for new connections today in good spot for return.

Renewed Hope - 2nd best versus slightly tougher last time out over the track, should be there again.

Race #8

Tahitian Warrior - the "whispers" were out and about after this colt broke his maiden at Gulfstream this past winter, scooped up by Goldolphin and they may use this race as a prep for the King's Bishop Stakes later on in the meet.

Great Attack - speedy sort comes off short layoff with bullet work here best of 59 at the distance for today's race.

Exotic & multi-race runners : Starforaday - Speight of Hand

Race #9

Targhee Pass - drops back into claimer after nice allowance try turf sprinting in last start, this colt gets "the Chief" off the "duck" today.

City Sneakers - statebred drops to open company today and turns back to a sprint, has a win & 3rd place finish on the Spa turf.
