Mark Hoffman's Saratoga selections - day #33 (8/29) : Record 94-311 ($646.20)

Race #1

Cinco de Mayo Mio - just missed in similar condition earlier in the meet to good looking filly, won't be 17-1 today!

Devil's Humor - wire to wired in debut impressively at the Fairgrounds, but that was in March & must of had physical problems because of long return to the races.

Exotic & multi-race runners : Beautician - Zermatt

Race #2

Ausable Chasm - no factor on a good racing surface in debut, the "lime green & slate blue" of Dee Tee Stables will be in full attendance today to see our fourth start at historic Saratoga !

Millie Money - distant 2nd to runaway winner in debut, I'm sure the "sign shop" guy will have a few bucks on this one.

Exotic & multi-race runners : Lady Vi - Social Statement

Race #3

Flying Zee Stables (entry) - three for the price of one, don't see this much often anymore & they're all first time starters.

Bound by Honor - 2nd best behind runaway winner also, experience edge here.

Exotic & multi-race runners : Dream Drop Kid - Eminent Tale

Race #4

Much Fanfare - broke maiden in last jump and claimed out of that event, can not see why this horse is 12-1 on the morning line?

Deputy's Citizen - chased the pace last time out at this level, taking a major stand against the favorites in this race!

Exotic & multi-race runners : Jazzy Moves - Proven Right

Race #5

De Price - just missed in race over the track, goes from inside post today.

Bank Heist - set the pace in last start weakening late as lukewarm favorite, looks like the one to catch again.

Exotic & multi-race runners : Bakhoor - Dominant Jeannes

Race #6

Midnight Mass - this statebred drops into open company claimer and stretches out in distance, should be a price in this wide open event.

Wow Wow Wow - just held on in last start versus cheaper, that was a wake-up effort for this Triple Crown Trail contender.

Exotic & multi-race runners : Tapit's Brew - Ticondero

Race #7

Recharged - broke maiden at this distance here in last start, logical next step.

Doast - tries the grass today after wire to wire debut winner in March at Aqueduct, this is Linda Rice "double trouble" in my opinion.

Exotic & multi-race runners : Scorper - Luigi P

Race #8

Oatkadestinyschild - just missed in turf debut sprinting, stretches out and goes for new trainer today.

Considerate - lots of chances for this runner, figures to get a piece......but, win???

Exotic & multi-race runners : Moneigh - She's for Real

Race #9

Ziegfeld - tries the grass and stretches back out for Dogwood Stable & Neil Howard, interesting spot and worth a flier versus this group.

Bigshot - broke maiden in 10th try going this route distance here, consistent one of sorts on the weeds.

Exotic & multi-race runners : Missinglisalewis - Leipzig

Race #10

Rachel Alexandra - she's here.....the excited has been building......she will NOT disappoint!

Life At Ten - the "now" older east coast mare, comes into this race much like the way Rachel did last year with a six race win streak, it should be a classic battle today!

Race #11

Papaw Bodie - drops slightly coming off Gulfstream layoff, adds blinkers today most likely to him closer to the pace.

Empire State - just missed turf sprinting downstate, logical contender in this group.

Exotic & multi-race runners : Implied Odds - Evenforever

Hoffy's "Horse to Beat" play of the day (12-29) - Much Fanfare (4th)
