Race #1

Prep School – wily veteran returns to the races after being off for over a year, well known to these parts when on the flats.
Swagger Stick – assumed the lead only to give it up late in last, been disappointing throughout career
Slip Away – tired late last time out when facing similar, speed dangerous against this group.
Superfecta include: Fogcutter

Race #2

Seminole Lass – bullet works at Fairhill for sneaky good trainer with first time 2 yr.olds.
Cherokee Star – Pletcher baby with decent breeding.
Selective – Asmussen charge with bullet work for this.
Superfecta include: Luster

Race #3

Megapixel – weakened late in the Mike Lee Stakes last time out, gets easier group today.
Law Enforcement – sharp in optional claimer last time out, back to stake competition today.
Mr. Windjammer – won an overnight stake at Finger Lakes last start, logical spot here.

Race #4

Chauette – weakened last time out on yielding surface, must draw into the race from the AE’s.
Artistic Talent – goes dirt to turf for Frankel & drops to maiden claimer, your call.
Je Suis Shiekh – blazed the way first time turf in last start, negative jockey switch today.
Superfecta include: Kewland

Race #5

Vinnie’s Wild Tale – beat several of theses last time out while racing greenly.
Persian – finished in front of top pick after tough break at the beginning, bullet work for return.
Winitback – Delaware shipper just missed at same level in career debut, new face of the group.
Superfecta include: Nightmare Alley

Race #6

Georgian – “new face” of group that fits well in this spot, got DQ though in last start out-of-town.
New Member – disappointed big-time in last start, makes amends today???
War Ruler – rallied in these conditions last time out, needs easier trip though.
Superfecta include: Halton

Race #7

Sharif Al Medina – sharp debut on turf in last, gets key jockey switch today.
Radical Sabbatical – game effort turf sprinting downstate last Fall, may need a race.
Whitley – even third in turf debut, best of the rest.
Superfecta include: Sognatore

Race #8

Friday Meeting (Best Bet) – loved this horse last time out at 6-1 just missing, gets the job done today.
Go Lex Go – tries the weeds today off of maiden claiming dirt win, trainer had string at Aqueduct this past winter.
Fiumes – so far scratched two times this meet, maybe goes today???
Superfecta include: Ectoplasm

Race #9

Break Water Edison – gets the call here in very evenly match Saratoga Speical, solid debut.
Run Away and Hide – scored in Kentucky stake last time out, the “one to beat” from the rail.
Join in the Dance – nearly 7-2 in victory for Pletcher in off-the-turf event, race over the track.
Superfecta include: Unsung Song (Longshot)

Race #10

Tom and Dicks Girl – gets the call here in dreadful finale.
Love for a Price – rallied in maiden claimer last start, gets blinkers on & back to special weights.
Welcome to Wista – if this race should come off-the-turf…she’s the pick!
Kaz Dear – got a third at Colonial on the grass.
